Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to contribute to generating sales for our company. An effective Telesales Executive must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
- Excellent convincing and negotiation skills.
- Explaining the products and services to the customers.
- Following up with the customers.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
- Preparing the sales reports ( Calls) for future reference.
- Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software
- Create a customer database with all the required information.
- To handle the Customer Queries Via Call / E-mail. To Provide the Information related to Product and services to the customer and respond to customers emails
Skills And Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience
- Strong customer service and sales skills for generating leads
- Advanced presentation and persuasive skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with clients
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Be proactive and independent; require little supervision
