Business Development Executive

For the role of Business Development Executive, the ideal candidate should be self-motivated enough to reach out and bring in new business.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
  2. Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
  3. Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
  4. Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
  5. Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
  6. Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software
  7. Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
  8. Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
  9. Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
  10. Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
